Location: Hybrid working model, targeting merchants across Hungary. Fluent Hungarian and conversational English required.

What you will do
- Research and target potential merchants across Hungary via outbound cold calls to generate leads and build sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new partnerships and onboarding merchants.
- Track KPIs like calls, meetings, and onboarded merchants; maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant onboarding and process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years B2B consultative sales experience and Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; execute independently on daily tasks.
- Fluent Hungarian (written and spoken) and conversational English.
- Strong track record as a deal closer in high-performance environments.
- Hands-on, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Structured planning, strategy development, and attention to detail.
