What you will do

• Monitor and report on construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule and commodity installation.
• Coordinate technical requirements and provide necessary data to the workforce and subcontractor supervision.
• Develop and monitor 3-Week Look Ahead Schedules to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Manage craft/subcontractor punch list activities and maintain detailed daily site records.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and ethical standards in accordance with division policies.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance management to direct reports and mentor other superintendents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to perform hard physical labor in extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
• No visa sponsorship available.
