Location: London, United Kingdom; willingness to travel as needed is required.

What you will do
- Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for autonomous software development at enterprise scale.
- Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that convert engineering processes, standards, and architectural guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
- Design governance mechanisms with layered validation, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability for trusted AI engineering environments.
- Implement automated testing, evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems.
- Translate enterprise knowledge into architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules that enable autonomous development.
- Convert business intent into scalable architectures and embed AI into existing systems and operating models.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT architectures involving legacy systems, enterprise solutions, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, or AI-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Understanding of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, context engineering, and secure enterprise architecture.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with GenAI platforms and middleware such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience working in interdisciplinary and global environments.
