What you will do

• Prepare and review compliance reports and presentations for board members, executive leadership, and local teams.
• Perform data analysis to build periodic reporting and track remediation actions for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contributors to ensure reporting deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Initiate and support the review of PSPG documents (policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines).
• Align global and local policy documents with applicable regulations and internal templates.
• Maintain accurate records of policy status and secure appropriate stakeholder approvals.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, or project coordination, ideally within fintech, banking, or regulated financial services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proven ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitment completion.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills for interacting across various seniority levels.
• Analytical mindset for reviewing data, identifying inconsistencies, and escalating issues.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in EMEA or NORAM.
