What you will do

• Lead federal bank examinations for Square Financial Services (SFS), including FDIC and Utah state exams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for federal regulators during and between active exam cycles.
• Manage examination workstreams from the First Day Letter through post-exam remediation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders to respond to regulator requests and position new initiatives for approval.
• Maintain institutional knowledge of regulatory history to ensure continuity across exam cycles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory examination management or regulatory affairs in financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing FDIC exams from the bank side.
• Must be based in the US (required for regulatory alignment and pay zone structure).
• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience with OCC examination and oversight frameworks strongly preferred.
