What you will do

• Administer global mobility programs, including immigration, international assignments, and permanent transfers.
• Coordinate work visa and permit processes in partnership with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day governance and performance of relocation, tax, and immigration vendors.
• Advise business leaders and HR partners on mobility policies, approval requirements, and governance.
• Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and SOPs to standardize and scale mobility operations globally.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate compensation packages for mobile employees.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, relocation, or international HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience administering mobility programs across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and mobility-related compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
