- Oversee compliance with federal HR policies.
- Coordinate workforce planning activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
