What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the upstream intelligence portfolio.
• Lead customer discovery with agribusinesses and stakeholders to identify high-value market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver scalable AI and data-driven software products.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support successful product launches, adoption, and value realization.
• Define and monitor success metrics across product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Leverage AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enhance customer decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience leading complex B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience owning products from strategy through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Experience building data-intensive products involving analytics, APIs, integrations, or AI capabilities.
• Strong business acumen to balance customer value, technical complexity, and commercial opportunity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Must be based in the US (implied by TX location and US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating AI, ML, or predictive analytics into customer-facing products.
• Background in agriculture, ag-tech, market intelligence, GIS, or decision-support software.
• Familiarity with agricultural retail, crop inputs, grain markets, or agronomic workflows.
• Experience leveraging geospatial data and predictive models.
