What you will do

• Define Epics and Features for predictive analytics and Generative AI capabilities to improve user efficiency and asset uptime.
• Prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Coordinate development timelines and budget allocation with product development engineers.
• Manage software change requests from customers, vendors, and internal staff.
• Design, implement, and evaluate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for end-users.
• Gather customer feedback and provide guidance to field support teams to resolve product issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner using Agile methodology.
• Technical degree (Bachelors, Masters, or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Statistics, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of software product business operations and product vision management.
• Strong experience in software change request management and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in designing and evaluating UAT activities and tools.
• Must be based in the US (visa sponsorship is not available).
