Assistant Game Producer

Location: Chengdu, China. Relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Assist the production team with day-to-day project management and internal/external communications.
• Plan and track project tasks and milestones to ensure delivery on schedule.
• Manage review and approval processes for game assets and features.
• Utilize Scrum methodologies to maintain and guarantee the project pipeline.
• Coordinate workflows between cross-functional teams, including design, art, and programming.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Chengdu, China.
• 1+ year of experience as an Associate Producer in the game industry or a degree in game design/digital media.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• In-depth knowledge and passion for video games, particularly Western or Japanese brands.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and a high level of self-motivation.
