What you will do

• Build POCs to meet customer needs and establish technical trust through deep understanding of use cases.
• Act as the primary technical resource for customers building complex data centers and AI infrastructure.
• Deliver technical content, including presentations and workshops, to external partners.
• Manage the full IPU lifecycle: board and platform bring-up, low-level device initialization, and OS driver configuration.
• Define systems implementation and integration plans to ensure reliability across hardware, firmware, and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, including NICs, hardware accelerators, and data center protocols.
• Expertise in system software stacks, specifically firmware, device drivers, and the Linux kernel.
• Proven experience in customer-facing systems engineering and debugging of platform and network components.
• Must be able to work on-site in the US (Oregon or California).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ethernet ecosystems, RDMA, collectives, and AI benchmarking.
• Experience with software build tools such as GCC, Git, GitHub, RPM, and Make files.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting, Docker, and Jenkins.
