What you will do
- Develop backend and full-stack features, ensuring production-ready code for core products and platforms.
- Collaborate on module design, API definitions, and system integration with a focus on logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Implement AI/LLM capabilities, including integrating LLM APIs, building RAG pipelines, and embedding agent capabilities into systems.
- Build and maintain datasets and benchmarks for LLM evaluation and regression tracking.
- Create technical documentation and manage CI/CD configurations and automated tests.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Must be based in Asia and able to commit to at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
- Proficiency in Python is required; experience with Java, Go, or TypeScript is a plus.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Basic experience with LLM projects, such as prompt engineering, RAG, or frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping web/backend services with knowledge of caching, message queues, and concurrency.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, or fine-tuning workflows.
