What you will do

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth.
• Analyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, and ACV.
• Develop financial models and maintain cash flow forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish scalable accounting systems and refine operational procedures for global operations.
• Manage corporate governance, treasury practices, and the Tax R&D program.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top finance talent within the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience in a high-growth tech SaaS business is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
