What you will do

• Define long-term capability strategies in collaboration with engineers and IT product managers to ensure a unified technology experience.
• Analyze and solve complex business problems through process automation, re-engineering, and strategic analysis.
• Develop and implement a partner technology compliance framework for hardware, software, and security tools.
• Oversee technology releases, acting as a strategic gatekeeper and escalating operational risks to senior leadership.
• Identify systemic integration gaps and define business requirements for new technology solutions.
• Translate complex technical analysis and system changes into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
• Strong architectural expertise across enterprise systems: VDI/CloudPC, SSO/Identity Management (PingID), and Amazon Connect.
• Proven experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and a strong understanding of all SDLC phases.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority.
• Undergraduate degree in a business, technical, or science discipline required.
