What you will do

• Lead data-driven experimentation to improve the client loan application experience.
• Perform in-depth analysis to identify product opportunities and inform roadmap decisions.
• Develop and maintain product analytics tracking across web and mobile platforms.
• Partner with Product, Research, and Design to define customer personas and priorities.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to validate solutions and drive model development.
• Identify new product analytics initiatives and enhance reporting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a product or analytical role blending data with strategic business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL for manipulating complex data.
• Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Segment, Amplitude, or Looker).
• 1+ years of experience with A/B testing, statistical methodologies, and conversion funnels.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL tools such as dbt or Fivetran.
• Working knowledge of R or Python.
• Background in modeling financial portfolios, particularly student loans.
• Knowledge of data governance and internal control requirements.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation.
