What you will do

• Respond to customer calls and emails via the service line to create job requests.
• Create and allocate service jobs to field technicians nationwide using Salesforce.
• Monitor field service jobs, close completed tasks, and ensure accurate data capture.
• Generate key metric reports for customers and monitor call systems.
• Maintain and update the customer database for accuracy.
• Provide job status updates and follow-ups to customers as required.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Valid authorization to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
