Customer Service Representative (Steel Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and requests through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Provide product and pricing advice across patio kits, fencing, roofing and walling, rainwater goods, and structural products.
• Prepare, enter, and follow up quotations, converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and sales teams on product specifications, packaging, and delivery schedules.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience and overall value proposition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Computer competency, including accurate data entry.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
