What you will do

• Identify and map high-value legal workflows onto Celeste's library of agents, skills, and playbooks.
• Codify unwritten firm methods and judgements into AI coworkers and playbooks that operate at machine speed.
• Lead onboarding and hands-on training to earn adoption across various practice groups.
• Establish the foundation for durable expansion and long-term client success.
• Collaborate with Industry Architects and Product leaders to refine the Celeste roadmap based on real-world experience.

Requirements

• Professional background in legal, accounting, or consulting, typically with 5+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in high-value fields such as corporate law, M&A, or litigation.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior decision-makers, including managing partners and the C-suite.
• Technical fluency in generative AI, agents, and prompting (coding is not required).
• Proven record of owning client relationships or experience in business development/secondments.
• Must be based in London, UK.
