What you will do

• Own large new areas of the generative AI platform.
• Build across backend, frontend, LLM integrations, and ML model workflows.
• Deliver high-quality customer-facing experiments at high velocity.
• Lead work across the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization through production.
• Solve complex scalability and reliability problems in distributed systems.
• Learn new technologies quickly while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time engineering experience after graduation.
• Strong software engineering skills and experience with large-hirify.global distributed systems.
• Experience scaling products in hyper-growth startups.
• Experience tinkering with or productizing LLMs, vector databases, and current AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
