What you will do

• Own the end-to-end B2B & B2C Order to Cash process and supporting systems, including NetSuite, Zuora, and payment gateways.
• Lead system and process improvement projects across Revenue Platform, Finance Data, and Business Data platforms.
• Implement system monitoring controls (SOX & ITGC) and audits to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Design target-state revenue recognition architectures and develop technical proposals where no existing playbook applies.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and troubleshooting for cross-system discrepancies.
• Represent the company's technical position to strategic vendors like Zuora and NetSuite.

Requirements

• 10+ years in finance systems engineering with deep hands-on experience in Order to Cash and revenue recognition.
• Proven track record of owning multi-system architecture decisions spanning ERP, billing, and revenue recognition platforms.
• Strong grounding in ASC 606/IFRS 15 and ability to translate these requirements into system architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and data tooling to investigate discrepancies at the architecture level.
• Experience working within a public company or SOX-compliant environment.
• Ability to operate as a technical authority for both Finance and Engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth B2B and B2C environments.
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers without formal reporting lines.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and rapid scaling (chaos).
