What you will do

• Embed AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into the daily workflow to accelerate delivery velocity.
• Design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
• Build and support seamless integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, REST, and SOAP.
• Identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows and reduce manual overhead.
• Translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
• Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations and financial data modeling.
• Must be based in the US or Canada
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java).

Nice to have

• Experience navigating peripheral financial modules like Tax or FCCS.
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms.
