What you will do

• Create product roadmaps based on usability studies, VOC competitive research, and internal collaboration.
• Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Market Requirement Documents (MRD).
• Own the accountability for the financial plan and business cases for products and portfolios.
• Author detailed technical requirements for engineering teams and OEM/ODM partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to define rollout strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor product financial and quality metrics to improve overall performance and capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience with emphasis on whole product methodologies.
• Expert working knowledge of AV programming in the Audio-Visual Control & Automation segment.
• Demonstrable AV programming skills in tools such as Q-SYS (Lua), Crestron (SIMPL), AMX NetLinx, Extron Global Scripter, or Python.
• Experience in agile development and high-throughput product development cycles.

Nice to have

• AIPMM certification.
• Experience with AV-over-IP video products, technologies, and systems.
• Prior technical AV sales experience with integrators or manufacturers.
• Degree in Engineering or Business discipline.
