What you will do

• Drive strategic product decisions and roadmap execution for the Digital Signage product line.
• Shape platform architecture and core frameworks through high-level technical judgment.
• Implement the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery through delivery to treat AI as a product design tool.
• Maintain product-line coherence with the broader platform architecture and global AI strategy.
• Translate customer escalations and support signals into prioritized product gaps and architectural fixes.
• Partner with global GTM, Customer Success, and Engineering teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Market experience delivering digital signage products and managing partner integrations.
• Deep technical ability to engage on platform architecture and core frameworks at an engineering level.
• Demonstrated experience working within an AI development framework (AIDLC).
• Proven track record of driving ARR growth through new customer acquisition and retention.
• Ability to run structured customer discovery and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.
