Senior Product Consultant (Telco)

Location: Must be based in Latin America (preferably aligning with PT or ET timezones). Candidates in Santiago, Chile can work hybrid/remote.

What you will do

• Build and champion product strategies and visions for client engagements.
• Conduct research and facilitate alignment workshops to shape requirements and features.
• Create and manage product plans and roadmaps with executive buy-in.
• Prepare detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) across business, UX, and technical dimensions.
• Define KPIs and measurement plans to optimize product iterations based on usage data.
• Act as a strategic partner to drive ROI and measurable value for clients and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management at a senior level.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience building digital products specifically in the Telco industry (self-service, sales, or internal tools).
• Experience in a consultative role via an Agency or Professional Services Firm.
• Proficiency in backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping.
• Ability to translate business and UX requirements into technical specifications.
