TL;DR
Senior Product Consultant (Telco) (Telecommunications/Product Management): Building and operating digital products for telecommunications operators with an accent on product strategy, customer self-service, sales journeys, internal tools, and data-driven measurement. Focus on defining complex requirements and roadmaps, facilitating stakeholder alignment, managing releases and defects, and turning ambiguous business and technical needs into products that deliver customer and business value.
Location: Preferred location is Latin America; candidates in Santiago, Chile may work from the Santiago office as remote or hybrid employees, while candidates outside Santiago will be fully remote. Working hours should align with PT or ET.

What you will do
- Define and champion product strategies, vision, plans, and roadmaps throughout client engagements.
- Collect and analyze customer, stakeholder, and research feedback to shape requirements, features, and end products.
- Prepare, maintain, communicate, and resolve conflicts across comprehensive product requirements documents.
- Plan releases and priorities according to business value, verify delivery against specifications, and manage defects through resolution.
- Define measurement plans and recommend analytics approaches to track product usage, impact, and opportunities for product expansion.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment while providing consultative recommendations that improve customer and business value.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of senior-level experience in Product Management or a similar role.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proven experience building and operating digital products for telecommunications operators is required.
- Experience across telco self-service, mobile apps, authenticated web, conversational assistants, sales and acquisition journeys, device e-commerce, captive portals, or internal operations tools.
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, roadmapping, facilitation, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- A portfolio of shipped, managed, and operated digital products, including evidence of value delivered to end users.
