What you will do

• Design and develop core backend services, APIs, and microservices that enable secure leverage of AI models.
• Build scalable frameworks for multi-step agent workflows, including task decomposition, tool invocation, and persistent memory.
• Create robust evaluation systems to continuously measure reasoning quality, hallucination rates, and task success.
• Architect high-performance serving infrastructure with strict guarantees on latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement comprehensive observability, structured logging, and distributed tracing across all deployed AI models.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to build self-serve infrastructure for the AI development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs and AI agents in production.
• Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, vector search engines, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to iterate quickly and take ownership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
