Social Media Manager (Fintech)

hirify.global is a fintech brand building its social media presence and customer connections in Colombia.

What you will do

• Launch, set up, and maintain Plata’s priority social media channels in Colombia.
• Create content calendars and independently write, schedule, and publish content across relevant platforms.
• Develop scalable content formats and templates that reduce reliance on constant design support.
• Coordinate with the Support team on processes for responding to comments and direct messages.
• Track performance, apply data-driven insights, and monitor local conversations, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok for a similar product, with measurable month-over-month and year-over-year growth.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, product, agency, or growing company.
• Strong Spanish copywriting skills and good command of English.
• Experience planning, publishing, and scheduling content independently.
• Good understanding of community management and customer communication.
• Practical ability to turn ideas into consistently published content.
