What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor performance using reach, engagement, CTR, and conversion metrics to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams for integrated campaigns.
• Manage community interactions and identify engagement opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activity and generate performance reports for business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands or high-growth companies.
• Proven expertise in developing content strategies across major social platforms.
• Strong proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Advanced Spanish and English proficiency is mandatory.
• Must be based in Colombia for hybrid work.
