Intel Foundry Module Development Engineer (Lithography)

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site.

Annual salary: $133,800–$188,890 USD.

What you will do

• Develop and execute current and next-generation lithography manufacturing processes.
• Design experiments and analyze data to meet manufacturing specifications covering safety, automation, facilities, supply chain, device performance, and yield.
• Contribute to hirify.globallectual property and collaborate with integrated module partners on novel transistor, interconnect, and process-flow development.
• Work with industry partners and equipment suppliers to implement equipment, address capability gaps, evaluate hardware modifications, and establish preventative maintenance.
• Install and qualify high-volume manufacturing capacity, support the ramp to production volumes, and operate the manufacturing line for revenue products.
• Transfer technology to other hirify.global factories through training and audits using the Copy Exactly methodology.

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another science or engineering field with relevant experimental work; the degree must be held or expected within one year of application.
• At least 2 years of experimental laboratory work experience.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of academic or other experience troubleshooting, developing, or maintaining equipment or instrumentation.
• Familiarity with common ML/AI frameworks and model development, training, testing, and deployment workflows for solving technical problems.
• Experience with C# or Python.
