What you will do

• Design and execute experiments to develop manufacturing processes that meet specifications for safety, automation, and yield.
• Develop hirify.globallectual property for novel transistor and interconnect architectures in collaboration with module partners.
• Partner with equipment suppliers to identify capability shortcomings and implement hardware modifications.
• Install and qualify High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) capacity and operate production lines for revenue products.
• Facilitate technology transfer to other factories using the Copy Exactly methodology through training and audits.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical, Nuclear, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or expected within one year).
• 2+ years of experimental lab work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and operate from the Hillsboro, Oregon site under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience in equipment or instrumentation troubleshooting, development, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks, model development, and deployment workflows to solve technical problems.
• Proficiency in Python or C#.
