Senior Network Engineer

Location: Eagle, Idaho; Farmington, Connecticut; Draper, Utah; or Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Provides centralized clinical, legal, HR, accounting, IT, and operational support to independent senior living, home health, hospice, and home care organizations across the United States.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage network security solutions using Palo Alto products and Aruba ClearPass.
• Architect and maintain Microsoft Azure network infrastructure, including high-availability firewalls and load balancers.
• Design scalable network architectures supporting more than 260 locations and optimize routing with BGP.
• Configure network monitoring and management tools including SolarWinds and NetBox.
• Replace Sophos firewalls with Palo Alto firewalls at edge locations and in the Azure core infrastructure.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot network issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience as a Network Engineer with Palo Alto and Azure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security principles, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
• Experience designing networks across multiple regions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCNP certification.
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with automation tools.
