What you will do

• Lead daily Help Desk operations and coach staff to ensure high-quality support for employees.
• Manage the full lifecycle of employee hardware and software, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS environments, and identity systems like Okta and Azure AD.
• Oversee video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams) and maintain internal knowledge bases.
• Analyze ticket trends and SLA performance to implement data-driven process improvements.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure secure and aligned service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work from Woodbury (MN), Boca Raton (FL), or Seattle (WA)
• 4+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD).
• Experience with ITIL principles and ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira Service Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
