Senior Dynamics 365 CE / CRM & Power Platform Developer (Dynamics 365): Designing, building, and maintaining enterprise CRM solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem with an accent on technical design, complex integrations, and scalable architecture. Focus on developing custom plugins, Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, and integrating D365 with Azure services and Finance & Supply Chain solutions via Dual-write.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: £140,000 – £160,000

What you will do

• Design and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript web resources.
• Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Dataverse APIs.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
• Manage ALM processes including Azure DevOps pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
• Support the D365 CE security model design, including business units, teams, and field-level security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse development.
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Experience with Dual-write and master data integrations between D365 CE and Finance & Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience with Azure integration services such as Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, or MB-210/230/240.
• Experience integrating Power BI and embedded analytics into Dynamics solutions.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service scheduling and IoT integrations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments or within a Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
