Salary: $175,000–$275,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define hiring strategies and run searches end-to-end.
• Source, assess, and close candidates across both technical and non-technical roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through a high-quality hiring experience.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and support the lean team wherever needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting with minimal oversight.
• Proven track record of closing candidates against strong competing offers.
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs and take initiative independently.
• Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
