Salary: $128,500 - $238,600 / year

What you will do

• Lead quality governance, including standards, operating cadence, and escalation paths across business units.
• Deploy and own the Quality Culture strategy to reinforce prevention-focused decision-making.
• Provide leadership and oversight for Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, and APQP governance.
• Govern quality, reliability, and field risk escalation, including monitoring warranty exposure trends.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Supply to ensure closed-loop communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Golden Valley, MN.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in quality leadership or enterprise quality systems roles.
• Manufacturing environment experience is required.
• Proven experience leading compliance frameworks within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to company sites and client locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, or FMEA methodologies.
