What you will do

• Scale and refine the Luggage and Travel assortment to drive long-term growth.
• Identify and execute strategic expansion opportunities across the category.
• Collaborate with production development, sourcing, and technical design to improve product quality.
• Partner with planning, site merchandising, and marketing teams to grow the business.
• Monitor product quality, pricing, and customer ratings to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive the business to meet sales targets and improve overall profit margins.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, with a 3-day per week in-office requirement.
• 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Luggage/Travel categories.
• Experience in E-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) models.
• Proficiency in leveraging data tools and external sources for product research.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
