What you will do

• Lead a team of analysts to enhance product findability and create a world-class search experience.
• Develop and maintain UX design processes, resources, and governance, including style sheets and wireframe tools.
• Oversee the delivery of wireframes and visual designs for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research to produce annual competitive studies.
• Execute the overall digital experience vision through deep understanding of eCommerce platforms like Adobe, Hybris, and Endeca.
• Collaborate with PMO, content, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into user stories and UX deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, user experience, or project management within the digital and eCommerce field.
• 3+ years of experience managing staff in digital or user experience roles.
• Experience with B2B or B2C eCommerce (6+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and the system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Must be a US applicant.
• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Design, eCommerce, or IT preferred.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with Hybris or Adobe eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Endeca or LucidWorks search and browse platforms.
• Experience with localization and multi-language, multi-currency eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with scanning and mobility solutions.
