What you will do

• Scale and refine the Accessories assortment covering Eyewear, Socks, Soft, Tech, and Pet Accessories.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities to ensure long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with production development, sourcing, and technical design to improve product offerings.
• Partner with planning, site merchandising, and marketing teams to increase sales.
• Monitor and optimize product quality, pricing, customer ratings, and return rates.
• Drive the business toward meeting sales targets and improving profit margins.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, California, with a 3 days per week in-office requirement.
• 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Accessories, preferably with luxury expertise.
• Experience in E-commerce and/or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business models.
• Analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data tools and external sources.
• Strong track record of professional growth and increasing responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
