What you will do

• Review and interpret supplier communications to determine the impact on product pricing and communicate changes to the Sales team.
• Analyze vendor invoices to identify and investigate root causes of discrepancies.
• Implement approved price changes into the system and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform regular audits of customer and vendor accounts to ensure data integrity.
• Act as a liaison between Product Line Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Accounting, or Customer Solutions (distribution environment preferred).
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage time, organize priorities, and solve problems with cross-functional teams.
