Sr. Analyst, Cost Analytics & Performance LATAM (Finance)

What you will do

• Analyze product cost, inventory, logistics, and Cost of Sales accounts across LATAM.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile accounts during month-end close with accurate documentation and timely reporting.
• Explain Gross Margin and Cost of Sales variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, connecting operational drivers to financial impact.
• Support SOX controls and internal and external audit requirements for cost, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Automate and optimize management reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis tools.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Logistics, Audit, Commercial Finance, and regional and global stakeholders on performance improvements and logistics projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Cost Accounting, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical finance role.
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, Gross Margin, Cost of Sales, inventory, and logistics cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including work with large datasets and recurring financial models.
• Strong analytical, communication, business partnering, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above for communication with regional and global stakeholders.
