What you will do

• Perform deep analysis of key accounts driving product cost and logistics performance, including Prime Cost, Purchase Price Variance, and freight-related variances.
• Reconcile cost, inventory, and logistics-related accounts during month-end close to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support monthly Gross Margin and Cost of Sales reporting by explaining variances versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Participate in SOX controls related to cost and inventory processes, maintaining evidence for internal and external audits.
• Automate and optimize management reports and reconciliation tools to improve speed and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, and FP&A to improve end-to-end visibility of cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, or Cost Accounting.
• Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, Gross Margin, and inventory cost drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above for interaction with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage priorities under tight monthly reporting deadlines.
