What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia projects, ensuring all milestones and timelines remain on track.
• Redesign intake processes and standardize governance and documentation to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate collaboration between creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners.
• Monitor team capacity, track resource utilization, and forecast future demand.
• Implement scalable frameworks and delivery playbooks for continuous improvement.
• Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, and SLA performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• English: B2 Advanced or C1 proficiency required.
• Proven success managing complex creative, marketing, or multimedia production programs.
• Experience with enterprise workflow platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Location: Based in Mexico.

• Proficiency in AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
