What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, translating them into scalable, standardized processes.
• Automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems in collaboration with Tech and Data teams.
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks to ensure consistency in execution.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, such as output and post-production time.
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, aligning business needs with technological solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid to support the hybrid work setup.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media/marketing operations.
• Strong expertise in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Ability to work with data and define KPIs to measure operational performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, and Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for leveraging them for efficiency.
