What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority Revenue initiatives from initial planning through launch and stabilization.
• Align Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Risk stakeholders around shared execution plans.
• Lead commercial execution for new product launches and strategic partnerships.
• Establish governance, operating cadences, and executive review forums to keep initiatives on track.
• Develop repeatable launch frameworks and playbooks to reduce operational friction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in strategy, operations, product, or GTM.
• Demonstrated experience leading major product launches or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence and experience communicating with senior leaders.
• Must be based in the United States (as per salary zone requirements).
