What you will do

• Develop hardware for luxury audio amplifiers and components within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review schematics, ensure proper system design, and perform detailed PCB design reviews for EMC and noise.
• Create test plans and execute hardware testing for audio performance, reliability, and luxury-class experience.
• Prepare project reports, design reviews, and technical documentation.
• Drive audio system innovations by tracking industry trends and advancements.
• Ensure designs meet quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in high-performance consumer audio systems.
• Experience with discrete analog electronics and analog/digital audio design (A/D, D/A).
• PCB design in Altium with EMC/noise best practices.
• Hardware debugging with test equipment and audio measurement techniques.
• Willing to work in office in Northridge, CA and pass background/drug screen.

• Serial protocols (RS-232, I2C, SPI, I2S, USB).
• High-res audio formats, streaming, compression.
• Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, TCP/IP.
• Circuit simulation (LTSpice/PSpice), EMC testing.
