What you will do

• Configure Workday HCM modules to support business projects and production needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional application requirements.
• Perform functional testing and develop test scripts to ensure system integrity.
• Conduct data audits and resolve issues related to HRIS data transfers.
• Partner with IT to design and develop system interfaces and interoperability.
• Recommend process improvements and leverage technology, including AI, to enhance HR operations.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of the 50 US states or D.C.
• Five years of HRIS/IT experience, including business process design and documentation.
• Two years of specific Workday configuration experience.
• Deep subject matter expertise in at least one Workday HCM module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Ability to clear a background check.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with UKG Pro.
