What you will do

• Lead the design and development of sophisticated manufacturing processes and repair reverse engineering.
• Perform path-finding activities to support process and hardware development for innovative device architectures.
• Conduct feasibility studies through theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods.
• Recommend and implement equipment modifications to improve production efficiency and output.
• Partner with equipment and materials suppliers to develop enabling technology elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including yield and operations, to advance strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field with 3+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or PhD.
• Must be able to work onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon.
• Experience in semiconductor processing, wafer-level assembly, or cleanroom environments.
• Proficiency in process development methodologies and statistical process control.
• Technical expertise in module engineering or fab process/hardware technology development.

Nice to have

• Strong metrology fundamental understanding and development experience.
• Experience with packaging processes, equipment automation, or project management.
• Expertise in leveraging data analysis tools for process optimization.
• 3+ years of specific semiconductor industry experience.
