What you will do

• Design, assemble, and configure laboratory test platforms according to technical project specifications.
• Perform functional testing and debug hardware and software issues at the board level.
• Monitor, track, and manage laboratory inventory, including components, tools, and procurement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure adequate functional coverage.
• Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing test outcomes, defects, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to improve platform infrastructure.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Technical Certificate in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in circuit design, troubleshooting, and use of electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Advanced English level required.
• Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git version control and bug tracking systems.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and quality management systems.
• Certification in electronics or quality assurance.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
