What you will do

• Partner with leadership teams and engineers to identify and process relevant data sources to meet business needs.
• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based systems using models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
• Optimize prompting strategies including few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, and ReAct to improve AI reliability.
• Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to discover patterns in structured and unstructured information.
• Develop GenAI-powered applications that comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Communicate insights through presentations, dashboards, datasets, and bots.

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proficiency in GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI systems.
• Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting LLMs to external tools.
• Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.
• Knowledge of conversational AI and chatbot development.
• Strong grasp of statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
