What you will do

• Define and evolve the end-to-end UX strategy for the MedTech portfolio, including SaMD, surgical planning, and AR applications.
• Establish and maintain UX principles, interaction standards, and an enterprise design system.
• Collaborate with clinical users, surgeons, and cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive design requirements.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing to identify friction points.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure design activities meet medical device usability requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or human factors engineering.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated success designing complex software products from concept to release.
• Expertise in user research, workflow analysis, and interaction design.
• Strong visual design capabilities and proficiency with Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience within MedTech, healthcare technology, or medical devices.
• Understanding of human factors and usability engineering for medical devices.
• Experience with surgical navigation, robotics, or augmented reality platforms.
• Experience establishing enterprise design systems and UX governance frameworks.
