What you will do

• Oversee the customer lifecycle from contract signature through implementation and go-live.
• Drive platform adoption and identify friction points to ensure client strategic priorities are met.
• Collaborate with the product team to resolve platform issues based on client feedback.
• Act as a trusted advisor to understand client workflows and demonstrate measurable value.
• Partner with sales to identify renewal and upsell opportunities to grow ARR and DMR.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
• Proven experience managing implementation projects with strong project management skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience owning renewal and upsell conversations.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility with working hours to overlap with international teams and US schedules.
