What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for application maintenance and accessibility enhancements.
• Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing to ensure WCAG and Section 508 compliance.
• Support UX design processes and usability evaluations for public-facing web applications.
• Collaborate within an Agile, sprint-based development environment.
• Document accessibility findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure system availability and optimal performance in coordination with development teams.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
• 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility.
• Expertise in Section 508 compliance and WCAG standards.
• Proficiency with UX design tools and accessibility testing methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
