What you will do

• Serve as the primary SME for accessibility compliance across websites, applications, documents, and multimedia.
• Conduct comprehensive accessibility audits using manual methodologies and automated tools (axe, WAVE).
• Perform testing with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
• Identify accessibility barriers and provide technical remediation strategies to content creators and developers.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to promote accessibility awareness organization-wide.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA and ADA Title II standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital accessibility or accessibility testing.
• Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) certification.
• Expert knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA, Section 508, and ADA Title II.
• Hands-on experience remediating PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online forms.
• Proficiency with assistive tools like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and PAC.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Additional IAAP certifications such as WAS or CPWA.
• Experience working with courts, government agencies, or public-sector organizations.
• Experience building accessibility governance programs from the ground up.
