What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex ML/AI systems within client environments.
• Build and evolve scalable ML platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure to support reliable model deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve integration challenges in live enterprise systems and cloud environments.
• Translate complex AI tradeoffs and business requirements into clear technical narratives for stakeholders.
• Drive client adoption of AI systems through enablement materials and upskilling client engineering teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical coaching.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on production AI/ML systems.
• Expertise in Python and designing scalable, maintainable software systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and GenAI offerings.
• Proven track record of shipping complex agentic systems and RAG pipelines in production.
• Strong understanding of AI safety, responsible AI principles, and PII handling.
• Advanced knowledge of cost optimization, token economics, and model routing.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-forward coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Experience with evaluation frameworks and observability tools for LLM applications.
• Strong background in API design and third-party service integration at scale.
